  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F
  2. Cream room temperature butter with sugar for 2-3 minutes in a stand mixer.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla and blend together.
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  5. Using a small ice-cream scoop place 24 even balls of cookie mixture onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. With damp fingers press the cookie ball into 1 inch deep rounds.
  6. Bake at 350 F for 12-14 minutes until firm to touch. Cool on wire rack before eating if you can wait!
